2. Intellectual Property Rights
All methodologies, visualization logic, and proprietary data structures residing on this domain are the exclusive property of Lycian Insight Group. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view content for internal strategic purposes. Direct commercialization, scraping, or automated extraction of our intelligence outputs is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Notice on Automated Systems
"Unauthorized bot traffic or high-frequency automated requests designed to replicate our data insights or stress-test our infrastructure will result in immediate IP revocation and legal review."
3. Service Availability and Modifications

Risk Disclaimer
The user assumes all responsibility for business risks associated with the implementation of our analytic findings.
International Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lycian Insight Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
5. Termination Clause
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our support team.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Lycian Insight Group shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content.
